How can I buy Soul Scope?

Buying on the Soul Scope website is very simple. After registering as a customer, simply click on the items to see their descriptions, and add them to the basket. Finally, click on "Process Order" and follow the indicated steps.

Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?

You can not, the country of delivery always has to match the country where the purchase was made. Soul Scope reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with this policy.

Do I have to pay customs fees and import taxes?

Due to the different customs and import rights policies, SoulScope has no control over the costs that can be applied to the arrival of an order in the country of destination, since it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these tariffs. In case of doubt, contact your local customs office before placing your order for information on costs and their applicability.

How can I pay for my order?

Soul Scope has the following payment methods: PayPal and Bank Transfer.

In what currency can I make the payment?

All orders are made in Euros (€), and payment is processed in this currency. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by the bank / PayPal and not by Soul Scope.

I saw an article in one of his physical point of sale. Can I buy online?

The stock available on the Soul Scope website is generally stock available in the store, although in different quantities, so we advise you to visit our online store often to check the existence of the item in which you are interested. Some items are no longer available online.

Is there any chance they will be available again?

If the item in which you are interested is no longer exposed online, it is most likely that you have suffered a stock breach. However, we do daily product replacements so there is a possibility that the item will be available again in the future. If what you saw is an article on sale, it is very likely that it will not be put back on the Web.

Is it possible to reserve an item and buy it later?

We do not currently have an item reservation service. However, you can add your favorite products to your wish list to purchase later. Keep in mind that you are not to reserve any product, but to save for future reference.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Unless you received a wrong item and the error was made by Soul Scope.


When and how will I receive the amount of my refund?

The refund will be processed upon receipt of returned items and evaluation of your status and will be made in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.

When will I receive my order?

The orders are prepared in 1 or 2 business days and the time of the transport depends on the type of shipment you have chosen and from which destination. You can see the details in the Terms and Conditions and when choosing the type of carrier in the buying process.
